Availability of any category or cut is subject to supply at the time of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reschedule an order where a safety, supply or capacity issue makes it impractical to fulfill as requested.

Final pricing is confirmed on a written quote at the time of your order, since beef, chicken, pork and seafood market pricing moves over time. A written quote is generally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise; pricing may be revised if the quantity, category or delivery requirements of your order change after the quote is issued.

5. Order Confirmation & Delivery Scheduling

Order quantities, delivery or pickup date, and route timing are confirmed with you directly before your order is finalized. Scheduling can be affected by route timing, weather, prior orders on the same route day and product availability. We will tell you before delivery if a scheduling delay affects your order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information
  • Ensure safe, clear access for delivery at the agreed location and time
  • Have adequate cold storage or freezer capacity ready to receive product on delivery
  • Notify us promptly of any issue with an order upon receipt

7. Product Handling & Food Safety

Product is held and transported cold-chain from our facility to the point of delivery or pickup. Once product is received, responsibility for proper refrigeration, freezing and food-safe handling transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from storage or handling after delivery or pickup is complete.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods and any deposit requirement are confirmed with you at the time your order is booked and may vary by account and order size. Standing and recurring accounts may be invoiced on a schedule agreed with us directly. Late payment may affect scheduling of future orders.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an order, as product is often prepared or held specifically for confirmed orders. We reserve the right to reschedule a delivery for weather, route disruption or an emergency affecting our facility or transport.

10. Testimonials and Media

Any testimonial or review shown on this website reflects the real experience of the customer it is attributed to. A past customer's experience does not guarantee the same outcome, pricing or availability for a future order.

11. Warranties & Limitations

We stand behind the quality of product as delivered in proper cold-chain condition. We do not warrant product quality issues that result from handling, storage or use after delivery or pickup, or from circumstances outside our control such as delivery delays caused by weather or road conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Windsor Meat Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from an order or delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

13. Website Use & Intellectual Property

This website and its content, including text and images, are the property of Windsor Meat Distribution and may not be copied or reused without permission. This website may link to third-party tools or services we do not control and are not responsible for.

14. Governing Law
