Lakeshore was formed from the amalgamation of Belle River, Maidstone, Rochester and Tilbury West townships, and it carries two distinct markets inside one municipality: a lakefront recreation strip along Lake St. Clair in Belle River, and farmland further inland. Restaurants and marina-adjacent kitchens on the lakefront see a sharp seasonal swing tied to boating season, while customers further into the township’s farm country tend to order in larger, less frequent volumes. We plan Lakeshore deliveries around that split rather than treating the municipality as one uniform stop. A lakefront account can flex up for the summer season, and a farm-country account can run on a bulk, less-frequent schedule instead of a weekly drop.
